I began working for USC Events in the fall of 2017 as just the social media coordinator for all of their channels and brands, but over the next two years I ended my time as the art director, brand manager, social media manager, community director, and on the lineup curation team for all major festivals. My time at USC Events allowed for me to showcase my skill set to the fullest, and how I love approaching my work from a multidisciplinary angle.
One of the most incredible parts of being the art director for USC Events was the privilege of getting almost free reign on the key artwork and branding for each major festival USC Events produced during a given year. We partnered with The Firm Graphics based out of Denver Colorado to produce the artwork, but the concept & direction were developed by myself and other members of the marketing team.
I was the liaison between USC Events and The Firm, providing detailed briefs and mood boards illustrating the vision for the coming festival. Getting to lead the direction and see my visions for nationally recognized festivals come to life was a real honor that I will cherish for the rest of my career.

During my time and after leaving, I received many thanks and encouraging messages about how much the work I was doing as the lead community manager meant to them. It was humbling receiving these messages, and I am so glad that I was able to perform my role so well.
