Going down the rabbit hole for all things White Rabbit Group. Print & digital marketing materials for the core and event brands.

From 2019 to 2021, I was working as a board member for White Rabbit Group, executing roles in art direction, graphic design, business development, lineup curation, community management, event planning, and managing event operations at festivals and club nights.

I lead the development & art direction for DSTRTION, a club event series in Seattle WA. From concept to creation, I handled all aspects of the creation of the artwork & marketing materials for the events, in print and digital.

I also helped develop festivals from the ground up, booked a full stage & silent disco for Excision’s Bass Canyon in 2021, and help lead initiatives to grow and foster a thriving music community post COVID-19.

SUNDROP

Sundrop was an original concept from WRG that we developed for a PNW based two-day outdoor music festival to be held in Tacoma WA.
This event concept would eventually catch the eye of LED Presents, based out of San Diego CA. A partnership was formed around the event and it was rebranded to Fresh Pressed.


Before LED rebranded the event to fit their core brand aesthetic such as CRSSD Festival, we had developed a very fun and engaging brand direction for Sundrop that we hoped would catch the eyes and hearts of the NW.

BASS CANYON 2021

I was put in charge of bookings, coordinating, and managing the 3rd stage at Bass Canyon 2021. I handled confirming NW talent, coordinating credentials & camping, filling cancelations, and managing the stage during the event.

I was also in charge of booking the silent disco at Bass Canyon following each night of the festival.

In total 80 artists over 4 days and nights.

WRG BRAND UPDATE

The founder of White Rabbit Group wanted a little refresh for 2020, so I hopped to it! I gave the entire brand an update to add some additional colors to the brand from a b/w aesthetic, and added additional “street ware” touches to some of the effects, backgrounds, and spray assets being used to increase brand identity & liveliness.
